Well so much for setting an example for the world on how we elect our leaders! This election may well have  proven America is not ready to be the example for democracy. We no longer have any business critizing other nations for their voting systems when ours are so obviously flawed. We critizise other countries for their blatant biased National Television coverage during their elections, but is ours any better? Can we say our major television and other news media have not clearly promoted one candidate over the other in their coverage  for president? I think not. 

Can we say that we have set an example on how to register people to vote? Can we say we have provided every person that wants to vote an opportunity to vote without suppressing their vote? Can the highest office in the world be determined by who has the most money to buy television air time? Do moral values, unquestionable integrity, and absolute  truth still represent what America stands for? These are questions that are being weighed in the balance.

I’m concerned about many things as an American Christian. Will our nation remain strong as we continue to allow the murder of millions of unborn children through abortion? Where is the end to removing God from our schools, businesses, and government buildings?  Will we allow “In God We Trust” be removed from our currency?

My greatest concern at this time is our colleges and universities. There is absolutely no question about how “liberal thinking” our youth are that are coming out of these institutions of higher learning. They are graduating and then heading up our universities, businesses, and govrnment offices. We must have some traditional and conservative voices coming out of these institutions in order to keep us balanced as a nation. Without it, there could conceivably  be no restraints in our morals as a nation. 

All the questions I have asked here will be determined in the hearts and actions of men. God has given us examples throughout the bible on how a nation should be governed. We must return to being a Godly nation. Pray that God will give America a revival. It is an absolute neccessity!
