Jesus said this was a faithless and perverse generation and that as it was in the days of Noah so it shall be in the day of the coming of the Son of Man. It doesn’t take much examination to come to the conclusion that these days in which we live are indeed wayward and capricious times.
After God created man and gave him the free will to choose for himself, the scripture says that “God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth,and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” This caused God to repent that he had ever created man, and it grieved him at His heart, which provoked God to destroy mankind … “but Noah found GRACE in the eyes of the Lord.”
